Article 1 (Purpose) These terms and conditions are intended to prescribe rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and its members, and other necessary matters concerning the use of services provided by PhoAI (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Article 2 (Definition of Terms) The terms used herein are defined as follows. 1. The term "service" means all online services, such as social network services and location-based information services provided by the company to members. 2. "Members" means customers who have entered into a contract of use with the Company under these Terms and Conditions and are authorized to use the services provided by the Company. 3. "App" means a mobile application operated by a company to provide services. 4. The meaning of terms and conditions not defined in this section is in accordance with general trading practices. Article 3 (Publication and Amendment of Terms and Conditions) ① The Company publishes the terms and conditions through the app for members to easily verify. ② If the company revises the terms and conditions, it will be notified through the app at least 7 days before the date when the revised terms and conditions are to be applied, specifying the details and reasons for the revision. However, in the case of revision of the terms and conditions that are unfavorable or important to the members, it is notified to the members individually by SMS notification in addition to notification. ③ The member agreed to the revised terms and conditions if the member does not explicitly express his or her intention even though the company clearly notifies or individually notifies the member that he or she does not express his or her intention within the application period I think so. ④ If the company notifies the member individually by means of SMS notification, it shall be notified by the mobile phone number provided by the member, and the member shall change it to the latest information We are not responsible for any damages caused by not doing so. ⑤ If the member disagrees with the application of the revised terms and conditions, the company cannot apply the contents of the revised terms and conditions, and in this case, the member may withdraw from the member. However, a member who has not withdrawn from the company's notice or individual notice under paragraph (2) within the application date shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions. ⑥ Members' consent to these terms and conditions means that they agree to regularly check for changes to the terms and conditions through the app. The company shall not be liable for damages to members caused by not knowing the information on the changed terms and conditions. Article 4 (Interpretation of Terms and Conditions) ① The company may have separate terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "individual terms and conditions") and policies (hereinafter referred to as "individual policies") for individual services, and in case of conflict with these terms and conditions, individual terms and conditions will take precedence. ② Matters not specified in this Agreement shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. Article 5 (Membership Registration and Establishment of Contract) ① A person who wants to become a member of the company (hereinafter referred to as "subscription applicant") agrees to these terms and conditions according to the membership registration procedure set by the company, applies for membership, and the company approves these applications. ② In principle, the company accepts the use of the service for the application for membership registration of the applicant. However, the company may not approve the application for membership registration falling under any of the following subparagraphs or terminate the membership contract after death. 1. Exceptions shall be made where an applicant has previously lost his/her membership under these terms and conditions, and where he/she has obtained the consent of the company to rejoin the membership 2. Where it is not the real name of the applicant or the name of another person is used 3. Where the company has not entered the contents presented by the company or false information has been entered 4. Where approval is impossible due to reasons attributable to the applicant, or an application is made in violation of all other prescribed matters ③ The membership registration is established when the membership registration is selected according to the membership registration procedure set by the company. ④ Companies can differentiate service use for their members based on their individual policies. ⑤ The company may reserve the acceptance if there is no room for service-related facilities or technical or business problems. ⑥ In the application under paragraph (1), the company may collect, use, or provide or receive personal information or credit information to a credit inquiry company with the consent of the applicant. Article 6 (Restriction on the use of services by members) ① If a member violates the obligations of these Terms and Conditions or interferes with the normal operation of the service, the company may conduct a re-examination of the membership of the service by warning, suspension, permanent suspension, etc. to limit the service in stages. ② The Company shall comply with the conditions and details of the restrictions within the limits of use of this section as provided in this clause and individual terms and conditions. ③ The process of re-examination of members' qualifications is based on their service usage behavior and usage history, and qualifications for service use may be restricted depending on the results of the review. ④ The company is not responsible for reserves and other benefits that have been extinguished during the period of restriction of the members' use of the service. ⑤ If the company restricts the use of the service or terminates the contract pursuant to this section, it shall notify the member of Article 8 of this Agreement. ⑥ Members may file an objection against restrictions on use under this Article in accordance with the procedures set by the company. At this time, if the company acknowledges that the objection is justified, the company immediately resumes the use of the members' services. Article 7 (Withdrawal and disqualification of members) ① Members can request withdrawal from membership through the app at any time, and the company must handle it without delay as prescribed by relevant laws. ② If the withdrawal request is processed at the request of the member, all information of the member held by the company will be deleted immediately. However, the withdrawal process may be rejected if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs. 1. If a member has a monetary obligation to the company 2. Where there is a risk of damage to the company due to an act attributable to a member ③ a member's request
